At Innov8, we highly value our staff and we make sure they are recognised for their hard work and efforts above and beyond the norm. The annual Team 100 Club challenge sees several staff members rewarded for their achievements in meeting key performance and team participation targets. Not all IT companies have the ability to provide such an incentive. Our team of staff is unique and has a continuous improvement focus, spending time retraining every quarter to ensure their skills are up-to-date and that they have a grasp on cutting edge techniques. Community focus is another priority for Innov8 and our staff. Each year, members of the team are given one day to spend working for their chosen charity or community event. It's our way of saying thanks and contributing to what is happening and what is important for those in our local community. Our community vision extends way beyond the people and into the environment. Our project ‘Paperless IT' is looking to help offices reduce their paper usage and their recycling by finding ways of adopting IT solutions that require less or no paper. That's just Innov8's way of saying we value the environment and want to help promote a greener planet. The Incentiv8 program also gives back to schools. One percent of a school's spend on digital technology solutions goes back to that school for use in any area the school may need. Innov8 values learning and values the communities in which we do business. |
