We operate in a fast paced, complex and highly competitive environment, so we make sure we balance these conditions with a sense of humor and a good dose of fun. We come from a variety of backgrounds including industry (Xerox, Konica-Minolta, Kyocera Canon), consultancy, technical and applications, from electronic solutions companies like Redmap and microsoft, from as far afield as Melbourne, South Africa and the UK. Innov8 staff are exceptional because they have the ability to maintain a positive outlook at all times, are able to handle change, are passionate about people and their businesses, and believe they can change the world.
